Less than 4 hours before pickup: No refund
12–24 hours before pickup: 30% penalty
24–48 hours before pickup: 10% penalty
More than 48 hours before pickup: 100% refund

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can request changes at least 12 hours before pickup. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on vehicle and driver availability.
