Fuel Charges

• The vehicle will be provided with a certain fuel level, and the Customer is expected to refuel as needed during the rental period.

Vehicle Rent

• The rental cost of the temporary replacement car is borne by the Customer.
• Rental charges are calculated based on the agreed daily or hourly rates.

Payment Structure

• Upfront Payment: Customers must pay the rental charges upfront or as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.
• Fuel Management: Customers are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental.
• Any additional fuel usage during the rental period is paid for by the Customer.

2. Terms and Conditions

• Any additional costs, such as tolls, parking fees, or fines during the rental period, are also the Customer’s responsibility.
• In case of vehicles with drivers, fuel and rental charges remain the responsibility of the Customer, with receipts provided for transparency.
• Customers must ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received to avoid additional charges for damages.
